From Cancun airport to Chan Chemuyil:
Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes
Exit from the Cancun Airport (only one exit). Pass a lot of billboards and follow signs to Highway 307. This is the coastal highway that runs north - south along the Riviera Maya.
Take the right on-ramp (before the overpass) following Highway 307 south to Tulum. Remain on Highway 307 south for approximately 60 miles and travel through the Riviera Maya including: Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Xpu-Ha and Akumal.
After the Akumal area, you will pass a sign that says CD Chemuyil on the right - do not turn there. Take the next right. The community will be immediately on your left.
If you see Xel-Ha, take a Retorno!
